CHEYENNE – A big save on the second attempt in penalty kicks by Luke Hyatt helped give the Laramie County Community College men's soccer team enough cushion to come away with a 5-3 advantage in penalty kicks Saturday against Northwest College.

Northwest scored the first goal of the game in the 23rd minute, before Roy Mendoza tied the game back up in the 60th. The Golden Eagles were a perfect 5-for-5 in penalty kicks, with goals coming from Mendoza, Demitri Weigland, Cooper Johnson, Vincent Renton and Alvin Udoto.
