That incident was connected to another robbery in the same area from earlier this year, and investigators said they linked George to the latest robbery.
Police searched George's home and allegedly discovered he was in possession of several pairs of women's underwear that detectives said were stolen from different apartments in the same area.
Police believe there could be other victims in the area who are unaware their underwear or other personal items were taken.
George was allegedly seen acting suspiciously near several apartments and was believed to be lurking outside bedroom windows.
Detectives executed a second burglary warrant in connection to additional allegations against George on June 1 and he was arrested once more.
George is being held on $75,000 bond at Walker County Jail.
