Iron Maiden Opposes Women’s Lingerie Company For Using The Word ‘Maiden’

"Iron Maiden, the band, is not a band I have thought about much in the last, oh, let's call it 20 years."
I saw them about 8 year ago live, and I know other people who go to see them on the regular, and when I was seconded to an office in London close to the pub where they originally got noted I made a small pilgrimage. With the live gig, I waited in Madrid behind at least 10 people wearing Maiden T-shirts to buy the current one.
Not my favourite band, but they are relevant to some people, just to mention. Although, it's also funny because I’ve been on Facebook today and one of the ads constantly pushed to me was a Mandalorian/Maiden T-shirt ("Iron Mando", with a version of the band logo), which I’m guessing will be more like the band's merch than the things mentioned.
I’ll guess this is more "major label lawyers want to be paid" than "Bruce Dickinson thinks there will be confusion", but this is the state of things. I’d love to see a court case, though, since obviously the band took their name from something that existed well before copyright (or, at least well before the band, depending if you believe it was a real torture device or a Victorian invention, there are theories).
